Welcome to gabje. These terms and conditions ("Terms") establish the entire legal basis for using the gabje platform ("Platform"). When you register, access or use the service in any way on gabje, you will be considered to have fully read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility

- Each individual may open only one account.

- gabje may request valid identification at any time for identity verification.
Account Security
- Keep your username and password completely confidential.
- Notify gabje immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
- You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
- Sharing your account with third parties is strictly prohibited.
If gabje determines that an account was opened with false information, that multiple accounts are being operated, or that any other fraudulent activity is taking place, gabje has the right to cancel that account and withhold deposited funds.
Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
The gabje platform offers easy and secure payment methods for Bangladeshi users. All financial transactions are protected through SSL encryption.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
- Deposits can be made via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
- Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
- Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used to deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
Financial Security
- gabje may conduct a verification process in the case of suspicious transactions.
- gabje actively works to prevent money laundering.
- Games and betting cannot be accessed if there is insufficient balance in the account.
- gabje reserves the right to cancel fraudulent transactions.
Bonus and Promotion Rules
gabje offers various types of bonuses and promotions to enrich the user experience. However, each bonus has specific conditions that must be followed.
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
- To receive the bonus, the wagering requirement must be met: you must bet 25 times the bonus amount.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after wagering is completed.
- Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
- The bonus is valid for a specified period from the date of issue, which will be stated in the bonus details.
- gabje reserves the right to cancel a bonus in the event of suspicious betting patterns or bonus abuse.
VIP and Cashback Program
gabje's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Betting and Gaming Rules
The gabje platform offers various types of games including slots, live casino, cricket betting, bingo fishing, blackjack and more. Each game or betting section may have its own rules, but the general rules listed below always apply:
General Gaming Rules
- The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
- If the internet connection is lost during gameplay, gabje's server logs will be considered the final proof.
- Incorrect payments or bonuses resulting from technical errors will be reclaimed.
- Intentional collusion with other players within a game is prohibited.
Cricket and Sports Betting
- Bets placed after a betting market has closed will not be accepted.
- If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded.
- In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any event, the decision of gabje is final.

Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content on the gabje platform — logos, designs, software, text, images, videos and other materials — is subject to the intellectual property rights of gabje or its licensors.
- No content from gabje may be reused, copied or distributed without the prior written consent of gabje.
- Game software is licensed by various third-party providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming).
- Unauthorised use of gabje's trademarks or brand name is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
- gabje is not responsible for losses arising from technical issues, third-party failures or internet connectivity problems.
- gabje is not liable for losses caused by the user's own mistakes.
- gabje is fully exempt from liability for disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, cyberattacks).
- All gaming activities are conducted at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension and Closure
gabje may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Involvement in fraudulent, unlawful or harmful activities.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Evidence of false identity or being underage.
- In the case of long-term inactive accounts (gabje will send a notification in advance).
The user can also close their own account at any time through gabje's support team. Before the account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided, as long as no clause of these terms and conditions has been violated.
General Provisions
Even if any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all other clauses will remain in full effect. These terms and conditions form the complete agreement between gabje and the user and replace any previous oral or written understandings.
gabje may amend these terms and conditions at any time with little or no prior notice. Continued use of gabje after updated terms and conditions are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
Age Restriction & Protection
gabje is a platform for adults only. Only those aged 21 or above may open an account and play on gabje.

If we find that a minor is using our platform, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be returned.
